Key Responsibilities

  • •Build, lead, and develop a portfolio solutions analyst bench, including workload prioritization, capability building, performance management, and maintaining quality and turnaround.
  • •Personally lead onboarding and implementation for select delegated authority programs and facilities, managing timelines, dependencies, and operational requirements.
  • •Quality-check analyst work on bordereaux processing, reconciliation, and data validation before it reaches underwriting, finance, or other stakeholders.
  • •Monitor portfolio profitability indicators (loss ratios, rate adequacy, exposure accumulation) and escalate deterioration or emerging risk.
  • •Own documented procedures, controls, and governance for onboarding, bordereaux processing, and portfolio monitoring, and drive process improvements and automation initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience leading, coaching, or mentoring others; ability to prioritize work, manage performance, and build repeatable team processes.
  • •Strong portfolio management capability to monitor performance indicators, identify trends, and escalate emerging risks.
  • •Experience with delegated authority, facilities, program business, MGA relationships, or similar insurance portfolio structures (preferred).
  • •Strong understanding of bordereaux processing, reconciliation, data validation, and operational data management.
