Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate physical movement of vehicles through the sales lane to the block and parking following auction.
  • •Assign and oversee drivers, jump start/battery operators, and push truck operators to maintain traffic flow.
  • •Conduct inspections of support equipment and run pre-sale meetings to communicate return routes, overflow areas, and plan changes.
  • •Perform presale walks to confirm vehicles are in assigned lanes and address missing, overflow, inoperable, and other issues.
  • •Oversee parking for sold and re-parking for non-sold vehicles; report theft, lot damage, and safety concerns to management.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma/GED (required).
  • •Generally less than 2 years’ experience in a related field.

  • •Safe driving and basic ability to operate support equipment as needed.
