Job Summary

Support sales development and relationship building for retail customers by promoting deposits, loans, and fee-based services while retaining customers. Use a consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles, recommend solutions, and proactively set financial review appointments using CAMP and approved marketing tools. Cross-sell and conduct outside sales, partner with business teams for referrals, meet production and customer experience goals, and guide CSRs through sales and referral processes.

Key Responsibilities

•Complete a 4-8 week onboarding and education program with rotations in Operations and Sales & Service, ending with a certification.
•Use the consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to identify customer needs and build thorough customer profiles.
•Maintain in-depth knowledge of retail consumer and small business products and recommend appropriate solutions.
•Proactively reach out to customers using CAMP and approved marketing tools to set appointments for periodic financial reviews.
•Cross-sell to existing customers and support outside sales and referral partnerships with mortgage, small business, commercial, and investment business partners.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•College degree or work experience with transferrable skills (or a combination of education and experience).
•Experience in the financial industry preferred.
•Comfort with sales activities to acquire new customers and cross-sell to existing customers.
•Demonstrated ability to understand advanced math functions for analysis of credit and financial information.
•S.A.F.E. Act registration required at time of employment through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS).
