Deliver an elevated Coach shopping experience as a front-line brand ambassador. Meet individual and store sales goals through personalized styling, product expertise, cross-selling, and clienteling. Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling (including short-form video) to capture data and drive repeat purchases. Support daily operations including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising, and asset protection while collaborating with teammates.
