Key Responsibilities

  • •Label master cases correctly with the correct date and stage finished boxes/cases on schedule (RTE Production Stacker).
  • •Wrap and seal boxes securely, keep a steady supply of ready boxes, and maintain safety/cleanliness/food-safety compliance on the line (RTE Production Stacker).
  • •Keep bins and components replenished, including sanitizing trays and maintaining tray liners and bread supply (RTE Production Supplier).
  • •Sanitize and maintain meat/cheese handling requirements (including glove use), handle waste/broken product reporting, and assist with cleanup until line passes inspection.
  • •Perform bakery production stacking tasks such as catching, sorting, layering/stacking bread, supporting Pilo-Pak sealing, inspecting for defects, and building/taping pallets for staging.

Key Requirements

  • •Must be able to perform physically demanding production work (standing, walking, bending, reaching) for full shifts.
  • •Must be able to lift/carry/push/pull up to 50 lbs regularly and handle repetitive motions.
  • •Must work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, including extreme hot or cold conditions (50°F to 120°F).
  • •Must be available for overtime and weekends as required to meet production deadlines.
