Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide onsite support for IT activities, consulting with support teams, help desks, customers, and technical staff to resolve problems.
  • •Coordinate operation and/or maintenance activities for networks and servers, including identifying recurring issues and recommending changes to reduce severity/frequency.
  • •Install, troubleshoot, and maintain equipment; analyze and repair product failures and order/replace parts as needed.
  • •Provide on-call support and Tier 2 assistance, including hardware troubleshooting, OS reinstall, and assisting with device swapping.
  • •Perform system maintenance (e.g., patching/upgrades via SCCM) and support remote access for telework users over VPN/Citrix, plus asset inventory and disposal preparation as needed.

Salary: USD 53,040 annually

Key Requirements

  • •High school with 0-3 years (or commensurate experience)
  • •US Citizen
  • •High degree of technical proficiency with excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • •Obtain and hold a Public Trust Clearance
  • •Obtain A+ and ITIL Foundation and HDI certification, and one of Security+, Network+, or Server+ within six months of hire
