Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and drive end-to-end credit card portfolio performance including balances, attrition, and customer lifetime value.
  • •Design and execute strategies to grow revolving balances, installment balances, and overall receivables in a risk-appropriate manner.
  • •Lead customer retention initiatives such as early-warning frameworks, targeted offers, engagement programs, and lifecycle management strategies.
  • •Optimize pricing, fees, interest, and promotional constructs to enhance portfolio profitability and competitiveness.
  • •Oversee performance tracking, reporting, and governance, and lead/mentor the portfolio management team.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • •10+ years of experience in retail banking or cards, with exposure to credit card portfolio management, balance growth, and retention.
  • •Proven track record managing large credit card portfolios with ownership of P&L or key financial metrics.
  • •Strong understanding of credit risk, customer behavior, pricing strategies, and card economics.
  • •Ability to use data and analytics to drive strategic and tactical decisions.
