•Collaborate daily with your manager to achieve company and team targets through strategic planning and strong communication.
•Analyze user feedback to identify product and feature requests and share actionable insights with internal teams.
•Identify opportunities to improve Bitpanda’s support processes and contribute to overall customer care excellence.
•Build strong cross-department relationships to improve Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) and Net Promoter Scores (NPS).
