Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver critical program milestones by maintaining governance of schedule, budget, and stakeholder engagement to ensure strategic value.
  • •Provide PMO reporting data from the Singapore scope (schedule risks, workload, Earn Value, KPIs) and ensure consolidated project-level tracking, including workload and staffing management.
  • •Deputize for the Project Director by representing the project externally and coordinating internal consolidation with project team members, including Project Managers for France and Australia.
  • •Manage work package preparation and conduct regular progress reviews.
  • •Lead and execute projects end-to-end by monitoring and controlling delivery, resolving risks early, and supporting transition and project launch in line with contractual requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Management (or equivalent), or demonstrated contract law/contract management experience, with at least 10 years in program/project management.
  • •Minimum of 15 years overall experience, including at least 10 years in offer and/or project management (as PMO or PM) with knowledge of the full program lifecycle.
  • •Certified Project Management professional (IPMA, PMP, or equivalent).
  • •Strong experience in contract negotiation and supplier relationship management for complex, international projects.
  • •Solid understanding of legal and regulatory frameworks, plus strong risk management and contractual compliance.
