Key Responsibilities

•Deliver critical program milestones by maintaining governance of schedule, budget, and stakeholder engagement to ensure strategic value.
•Provide PMO reporting data from the Singapore scope (schedule risks, workload, Earn Value, KPIs) and ensure consolidated project-level tracking, including workload and staffing management.
•Deputize for the Project Director by representing the project externally and coordinating internal consolidation with project team members, including Project Managers for France and Australia.
•Manage work package preparation and conduct regular progress reviews.
•Lead and execute projects end-to-end by monitoring and controlling delivery, resolving risks early, and supporting transition and project launch in line with contractual requirements.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Management (or equivalent), or demonstrated contract law/contract management experience, with at least 10 years in program/project management.
•Minimum of 15 years overall experience, including at least 10 years in offer and/or project management (as PMO or PM) with knowledge of the full program lifecycle.
•Certified Project Management professional (IPMA, PMP, or equivalent).
•Strong experience in contract negotiation and supplier relationship management for complex, international projects.
•Solid understanding of legal and regulatory frameworks, plus strong risk management and contractual compliance.
