Key Responsibilities

•Design, modify, develop, and implement technology solutions and computer application software for banking operations, including cloud-native and contact center capabilities.
•Build modern, architecturally sound components and tools focused on AI-driven conversational experiences, real-time integrations, and analytics-enabled decision-making.
•Deliver scalable, resilient contact center solutions using AWS Connect, integrating virtual assistants powered by Amazon Lex and orchestrating workflows via AWS Lambda microservices.
•Incorporate scalability, manageability, observability, and maintainability into distributed and event-driven architectures.
•Develop secure, compliant implementations by evaluating, remediating, and preventing vulnerabilities; document iterations and produce progress reports and technical documentation.

Key Requirements

•Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Technology, or related field.
•2 years of experience as a Software Engineer (or related), including experience with AWS.
•2+ years updating email configurations and integrating with existing APIs using Java mail and Spring Boot.
•2+ years designing and developing REST APIs from scratch using Java, Spring Boot, and NodeJS.
•2+ years creating unit test cases (80% line coverage) using Junit, Mockito, and Sonarqube.
