Consumer Sales Coach (Northwest Maryland)

Coach branch teammates across an assigned territory to improve execution of sales strategies and tactics. Partner with Consumer Sales and Market Leaders to build in-person coaching plans, deliver timely performance feedback, and strengthen CRM utilization and productivity. Drive adoption of a consultative sales model (GUIDE), document coaching outcomes in a learning platform, and use sales reporting to identify gaps, support onboarding, and ensure compliant, risk-aware sales practices.
