Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform fabrication tasks including drill, tap, sand, rivet, grind, spot weld, shear, apply powder paint, solder, and operate metal-fabrication equipment as directed.
  • •Work from manufacturing information, bills of material, and written or oral instructions to produce components and complete required setup.
  • •Handle materials by delivering to/from workstations, positioning material on coil cradle/feeder, and ensuring correct parts and documentation reach the next process.
  • •Complete preparation work such as wiping, degreasing, de-burring, or grinding, and pick up/place scrap in appropriate containers.
  • •Support maintenance by dressing welding electrodes, oiling/greasing, adjusting machine settings/tooling, completing check sheets, and notifying supervisors of quality or equipment issues.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 18.4 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Must have a high school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
  • •No immigration sponsorship or support for this position.
  • •Candidates must reside within a 50-mile radius of Fayetteville, NC or be Active-Duty Military.
  • •Sufficient proficiency with precision-measuring equipment such as calipers, tape measures, and micrometers.
  • •Demonstrated proficiency with drawings or blueprints.
