Key Responsibilities

  • •In close alignment with the Global Ecommerce Leadership team, orchestrate the definition of PUMA’s future ecommerce commercial strategy.
  • •Translate the company’s overarching vision into ecommerce commercial strategy, clear priorities, and initiatives that win consumers and accelerate profitable growth.
  • •Identify, shape, and manage selected projects delivering against ecommerce strategy and priorities, including business case development where relevant.
  • •Coordinate with Global Ecommerce Commercial Leadership and Finance to ensure timely delivery of commercial performance reporting (including MBRs), budget/financial planning, and commercial guardrails for markets.
  • •Act as a sparring partner to Global Ecommerce Leadership by orchestrating priorities, developing and tracking initiatives and targets, managing operational rhythms, and preparing executive communications/decks and stakeholder support for key meetings and milestones.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of relevant experience in Consulting, Corporate Strategy, or a similar role within the sporting goods, fashion, or FMCG industry.
  • •Deep understanding of market trends, opportunities, and challenges within the ecommerce sector globally.
  • •Strong stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • •Strong analytical skills to use data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions.
  • •Consumer-centric strategic thinking and problem solving.
