Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate and oversee cementing service line work at the well site to deliver quality service to the customer.
  • •Provide job planning, including instructions to the crew and equipment used, and handle dispute resolutions to approved levels.
  • •Coordinate and direct service operators and lead the site crew of Halliburton and/or non-Halliburton employees.
  • •Coordinate cleanup, repair, and preparation of equipment for the next job and perform necessary calculations for the total job at the well site.
  • •Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) procedures and promote participation in the Quality Improvement Process.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma (or similar education).
  • •2 years of experience as Service Supervisor-Cementing I.
  • •Licensure to drive commercial equipment may be required.
  • •Ability to communicate effectively with others in oil field service work.
  • •Proficiency in operating and maintaining cementing service line equipment/unit/tool used in the work.
