Key Responsibilities

•Operate and support AD DS: user/group/OU management, GPO administration, DNS and authentication services, and AD hygiene.
•Monitor and troubleshoot replication issues, Kerberos/NTLM authentication failures, GPO processing issues, and domain controller health/performance.
•Manage and secure Tier-0 identity infrastructure by enforcing least privilege, privileged access segregation, and access reviews/recertification.
•Plan and execute AD migration projects (domain/forest), including assessments, dependency analysis, risk/rollback planning, and post-validation.
•Govern and improve changes using ITIL/CAB processes, document RFCs/artifacts, and automate repetitive tasks and reporting with PowerShell.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computer Science or a related field.
•5+ years of experience in Active Directory administration/engineering.
•Strong expertise in AD DS, domain controllers, GPO, and DNS, including replication and authentication troubleshooting (Kerberos/NTLM).
•Proven experience managing Tier-0/privileged environments and executing AD migrations (domain/forest level).
•Strong PowerShell scripting skills.
