Job Summary

Oversee Sephora’s sales floor departments within a Dartmouth location, supporting client experience and the execution of the selling model across teams. Partner with leaders to respond to client feedback, ensure cast are trained on Client Interactive Technology, help coordinate in-store events, and coach performance within the assigned area. Use a strong understanding of sales performance and business opportunities to help the store achieve and exceed objectives.

Key Responsibilities

•Oversee all sales floor departments within a specific Sephora location, including Beauty, Skincare, Fragrance & Haircare, or a combination of these areas.
•Ensure on-stage cast properly execute Sephora’s selling model and support timely response to client feedback per department.
•Support in-store events as needed to help the store achieve goals and client needs.
•Train cast on Client Interactive Technology and support implementation of related initiatives.
•Be aware of and coach performance management situations in the assigned area, delivering timely feedback and participating in regular check-ins with direct reports.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 20.7 - 25.9 hourly

Key Requirements

•1–3 years of experience in a similar role at a similar volume store (or equivalent internal experience).
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence business partners at all levels.
•Proven ability to create and develop teams by identifying talented store leaders and coaching them to drive sales and deliver client service.
