Key Responsibilities

  • •Use the consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles and identify current and future financial needs.
  • •Use retail product knowledge to recommend solutions aligned to customers’ financial needs using the bank’s value proposition.
  • •Utilize CAMP and approved marketing tools to reach out to customers and set appointments for periodic financial reviews.
  • •Primarily cross-sell to existing customers and perform outside sales activities as directed (e.g., presentations, business sales calls, community events).
  • •Process teller transactions and participate in consumer loan and bankcard processing and financial center opening/closing as directed.

Key Requirements

  • •College degree or work experience providing transferable skills (or combination of education and experience).
  • •Experience in the financial industry preferred.
  • •Demonstrated ability to develop comfort with sales activities to acquire customers and cross-sell to existing customers.
  • •Must be able to demonstrate understanding of advanced math functions for analysis of credit and financial information.
  • •S.A.F.E. Act registration required at time of employment through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS).
