  • •Support a mixed-age Montessori classroom by preparing intentional learning spaces and maintaining a calm, orderly environment.
  • •Welcome children and families warmly during arrival (or support smooth transition into afternoon activities and dismissal).
  • •Observe children closely to understand and support individual needs.
  • •Assist with individualized and small-group learning activities with respect and care.
  • •Collaborate with Lead Guides and team members to build a strong classroom community and supportive relationships with families.

Key Requirements
