Key Responsibilities

•Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve L2/L3 incidents for COTS healthcare applications while ensuring timely restoration and SLA adherence.
•Proactively monitor application health, interfaces, and batch jobs, and perform regular maintenance, patch validation, and upgrades.
•Assess, implement, and validate application changes through controlled release processes, including impact analysis and rollback planning.
•Coordinate between business users, IT teams, and third-party vendors for issue resolution, enhancements, and escalations.
•Maintain knowledge articles, runbooks, and audit documentation; ensure adherence to healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA), security standards, and data privacy requirements.

Key Requirements

•Experience working in the Healthcare Provider domain with strong knowledge of hospital workflows and operational support.
•Ability to investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve L2/L3 incidents for COTS healthcare applications while performing root cause analysis for recurring issues.
•Proficiency in monitoring application health, interfaces, and batch jobs, including performing maintenance, patch validation, and upgrades.
•Experience supporting controlled change and release processes with impact analysis and rollback planning.
•Deep understanding of cardiovascular diagnostics workflows (e.g., ECG, EP, cath) and related cardiology system integrations.
