Job Summary

Build customer relationships using a consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to identify current and future needs. Recommend retail consumer and small business products, proactively reach out using approved marketing tools, and cross-sell to deepen households. Partner with business teams (Mortgage, Small Business, Commercial and Investment) to provide holistic solutions, meet production goals, and support teller and financial center platform operations.

Key Responsibilities

•Use the consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles and identify financial needs.
•Maintain knowledge of retail consumer and small business products and recommend solutions using the value proposition.
•Use CAMP and other approved marketing tools to proactively reach out and set appointments for periodic financial reviews.
•Cross-sell to existing customers and engage in outside sales activities, including community financial literacy events.
•Process teller transactions and work as part of the platform staff while maintaining confidentiality, following policies, and supporting customer satisfaction.

Key Requirements

•College degree or work experience with transferrable skills, or a combination of education and experience.
•Experience in the financial industry is preferred.
•Demonstrated ability to engage in sales activities to acquire new customers and cross-sell to existing customers.
•Ability to demonstrate understanding of advanced math functions for analyzing credit and financial information.
•This position requires S.A.F.E. Act registration at the time of employment through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS).
