Early Talent Program Coordinator

Coordinate end-to-end interview experiences for intern and new grad candidates, partnering with recruiters to schedule high-volume phone/video interviews and to gather feedback that improves the selection process. Manage candidate communications, keep-warm materials, travel arrangements when needed, and onboarding logistics. Support early talent programming by organizing event/training schedules, welcome package materials, surveys, and the execution of summer, rotational, and sales academy events.
