Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform day-to-day Mechanical Engineering support to deliver immediate operations support, working with the site team under the Operations Manager’s direction.
  • •Ensure mechanical engineering asset risks are understood, risk assessed, and actions are driven to reduce risk within agreed timeframes.
  • •Monitor Mechanical Engineering KPIs and initiate corrective action as necessary.
  • •Provide Mechanical Engineering leadership for technical Management of Change (MoCs) and Engineering Queries (EQs).
  • •Write, review, recommend technical input into Site Operations Procedures (SOPs) and generate/revise/review discipline Technical Documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •BSc in Mechanical Engineering or a relevant engineering subject.
  • •Professional accreditation – Professional Engineer.
  • •Significant experience in an Operations Mechanical Engineering leadership and support role.
  • •Advanced technical knowledge in engineering with sound understanding of relevant industry codes, standards, and regulations.
  • •Sound stakeholder management experience.
