Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain accurate depletion and shipment forecasts and serve as primary owner of the RTD demand plan during the RTD Route to Market transition.
  • •Lead the demand side of the RTD Route to Market evolution, analyzing how distribution channel changes impact order patterns, lead times, and inventory positioning.
  • •Facilitate monthly Integrated Business Planning (IBP) meetings, bridging Sales/Marketing forecasts with Production/Logistics capabilities.
  • •Translate the consensus demand plan into detailed operational requirements, identifying capacity constraints, transportation risks, and production bottlenecks using Kinaxis.
  • •Prepare and present Demand Planning KPIs and partner to develop Tableau-based dashboards tracking RTM performance, inventory health, and forecast vs. actual execution.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree with 3+ years in Demand Planning and Supply Chain Operations.
  • •Understanding of Route to Market (RTM) dynamics, including distributor networks and bailment (preferably in Bev-Alc).
  • •Advanced skills in ERP systems (Kinaxis preferred), Excel, and data visualization (Tableau).
  • •Proven ability to build consensus and influence cross-functional partners (Sales, Finance, Operations) toward a single achievable plan.
  • •Strong forecasting and statistical modeling skills, with the ability to adjust models based on shifting market realities.
