Teller I

Provide fast, accurate teller transactions while meeting service standards and safeguarding bank assets. Set up and balance a teller station, process cash and negotiable items, record monetary instrument sales, and assist customers in person or by phone. Cross-sell bank products, follow customer-account protection and safety procedures, complete required BSA/AML training, and maintain a neat teller area while supporting vault/ATM balancing and basic account openings as needed.
