Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead strategy and innovation across landscape design products, processes, standards, and methodologies to meet market and client goals.
  • •Independently manage and deliver multiple medium-sized landscape design projects with clear team roles and responsibilities.
  • •Act as a technical lead by coordinating disciplines, running design review sessions, and applying public realm design standards.
  • •Lead client interface/meetings, manage contractual requirements, and coordinate deliverables with clients, consultants/subs, and other teams.
  • •Oversee technical packages, including planting/irrigation standards, QA/QC self-checks, bids/proposals, and support on site issues and project financial status.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 10 years of professional experience in landscape architecture with demonstrated expertise in project design and delivery.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in the relevant discipline; Master’s degree preferred.
  • •Working towards professional membership in Urban Design or Architecture (e.g., RIBA or equivalent).
  • •Provide a portfolio demonstrating landscape architecture design work with your application.
  • •Strong understanding of planting and irrigation requirements, standards, and guidelines per region.
