Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with functional and field leaders to align People strategies with business goals and operational performance.
  • •Coach leaders on employee development, performance management, talent enablement, change management, and conflict resolution.
  • •Serve as a trusted resource for employees and managers and conduct timely, objective workplace investigations in partnership with Safety, Employee Relations, and Legal.
  • •Manage day-to-day People operations and transactional processes in Workday, ensuring data accuracy for job changes, promotions, and organizational updates.
  • •Design and execute engagement and retention initiatives, support onboarding/offboarding, and lead People special projects and process improvements.

Salary: USD 66,798.09 - 89,064.12

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, People/Human Resources, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • •5+ years of progressive People Generalist experience supporting dynamic, multi-site or field-based employee populations.
  • •Proven experience handling employee relations issues, workplace investigations, and conflict resolution with empathy and discretion.
  • •Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, including comfort presenting and coaching leaders at all levels.
  • •Hands-on experience with People systems/HRIS (Workday preferred) and willingness to travel ~25% to branch locations.
