CrowdStrike Platform Associate Resident Consultant (Remote)

Serve as the primary technical advisor for strategic customer accounts, guiding Falcon platform deployments from initial engagement through planning, installation, optimization, and ongoing operational support. Configure, troubleshoot, and operationalize Falcon modules; use Falcon APIs to build scripting and solutions; and support vulnerability, asset, incident response, and compromise assessment workflows. Partner with customer IT teams and Professional Services to integrate CrowdStrike into existing toolchains and deliver customer-facing collateral.
