Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the primary technical advisor for assigned strategic customer accounts and develop trusted relationships with customer security teams and leadership.
  • •Lead planning, deployment, implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting for the CrowdStrike Falcon platform and associated applications.
  • •Operationalize Falcon modules for customers and support vulnerability and asset management using CrowdStrike applications (e.g., Exposure Management).
  • •Use Falcon APIs to develop scripting and application solutions, and support integration of CrowdStrike into customers’ existing tools.
  • •Support incident response and compromise assessment teams with deployment of Falcon and Falcon Forensics Collectors, while coordinating with Professional Services to develop customer-facing collateral.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related field, plus 2 years of experience performing IT deployments or working in an end-user/customer environment.
  • •Basic understanding of software deployment technologies.
  • •Knowledge of Windows, Mac, and Linux platforms.
  • •Experience deploying/troubleshooting the CrowdStrike Falcon platform and associated applications, including scripting/application solutions using Falcon APIs.
