Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise and perform cabin appearance base-level maintenance tasks on Air Arabia and third-party aircraft, ensuring work is certified and recorded accurately and timely.
  • •Verify cabin appearance components’ compatibility and readiness against approved standards, quantity, and availability requirements.
  • •Review assigned task cards with the Workshop Supervisor, preparing feasibility, cost effectiveness, and ensuring required documentation, parts, tools, and GSE are available and used as instructed.
  • •Conduct component test and inspection tasks to identify and record defects or damage, and perform defect rectification using aircraft approved data and Engineering Department instructions.
  • •Manage safety and human factors during maintenance execution, coordinate handover with other engineers and technicians, and provide direction to technicians for non-certifying maintenance tasks.

Key Requirements

  • •Extensive workshop experience in similar cabin/workshop maintenance roles.
  • •At least 2 years’ experience as a qualified maintenance technician on Airbus A320/A321 family aircraft, or at least 4 years’ experience in a base or workshop maintenance environment.
  • •Hold or have held a valid EASA/GCAA/CAA/ICAO Maintenance Engineer’s licence (advantage).
  • •Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English to a very good standard for technical communications.
  • •Ability to use a computer (Microsoft Office) and obtain a Driver’s License in the work location.
