Job Summary

Lead a VP Sales Data Foundation team of Account Executives to drive growth across EEM in integration and data management. Own territory go-to-market strategy, revenue forecasting, and sales reporting while identifying skills gaps. Key Responsibilities

•Lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Executives through recruiting, onboarding, and ongoing mentorship to drive pipeline growth.
•Own go-to-market strategy for the territory, including revenue forecasting, sales activity reporting, and identifying team competency gaps.
•Partner with customers and internal stakeholders at the executive level to build points of view and close strategic deals.
•Represent Data Foundation at local and corporate events to strengthen brand presence and partner relationships across the MuleSoft and Informatica ecosystem.

Key Requirements

•Experience leading a sales team in enterprise software or information technology.
•Proven track record of prospecting, opening new accounts, and growing existing ones using a consultative sales approach.
•Experience building and maintaining executive-level (C-suite) relationships and developing strategic account plans.
•Strong understanding of the integration software landscape, including competitive dynamics and target market segments.
•Experience working with Salesforce, MuleSoft, and/or Informatica products or partner ecosystems (preferred).
