Job Summary

Lead the setup, boarding, and ongoing maintenance of one or more of the bank’s loan products, ensuring completeness, turnaround time, and accuracy against service-level agreements. Meet quality and data integrity standards, coordinate staffing and workflow priorities, and provide regular updates on policy and process changes. You’ll also manage and coach the team, review quality reports, track performance goals, and recommend improvements to processes and technology.
