Job Summary

Implement social compliance and human rights due diligence across adidas supplier factories in Pakistan, including in-scope T1 and designated T2 sites. Conduct compliance monitoring (audits, performance evaluation, remediation tracking, grievances, and reporting), supervise external monitors, and support supplier negotiations. Coordinate social projects and SEA initiatives, manage compliance performance evaluation and data integrity, and provide SEA training while staying current on labor and health & safety legislation.

Key Responsibilities

•Execute Social & Environmental Affairs (SEA) policies, projects, and programs for designated country/s per country work plan.
•Identify supply-chain working-condition risks and provide recommendations aligned to legal obligations and adidas’ Workplace Standards.
•Conduct social compliance audits, follow-up visits, and remediation tracking; supervise external monitor audit quality.
•Manage third-party complaints and/or factory worker grievances; complete supplier compliance performance evaluations and support monthly reporting.
•Engage with sourcing and factory management, provide SEA training/briefings, and keep up to date on labor and health & safety legislation.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Occupational Health & Safety, Labor Law, Sustainability, Human Rights, or related fields.
•At least 5 years of progressive experience in the manufacturing industry focused on social, labor, health, safety, or environmental compliance.
•Experience conducting in-depth social compliance/human rights due diligence and occupational health & safety assessments.
•Strong project management capability, including project plans, communication/coordination, problem solving, and budget administration.
•Good negotiation skills for trouble-shooting and stakeholder engagement, with strong written and verbal English.
