Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute Social & Environmental Affairs (SEA) policies, projects, and programs for designated country/s per country work plan.
  • •Identify supply-chain working-condition risks and provide recommendations aligned to legal obligations and adidas’ Workplace Standards.
  • •Conduct social compliance audits, follow-up visits, and remediation tracking; supervise external monitor audit quality.
  • •Manage third-party complaints and/or factory worker grievances; complete supplier compliance performance evaluations and support monthly reporting.
  • •Engage with sourcing and factory management, provide SEA training/briefings, and keep up to date on labor and health & safety legislation.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Occupational Health & Safety, Labor Law, Sustainability, Human Rights, or related fields.
  • •At least 5 years of progressive experience in the manufacturing industry focused on social, labor, health, safety, or environmental compliance.
  • •Experience conducting in-depth social compliance/human rights due diligence and occupational health & safety assessments.
  • •Strong project management capability, including project plans, communication/coordination, problem solving, and budget administration.
  • •Good negotiation skills for trouble-shooting and stakeholder engagement, with strong written and verbal English.
