Key Responsibilities

  • •Own Dycore’s financial steering, including accounting, reporting, compliance, fiscal matters, and internal controls.
  • •Lead the finance team and ensure an effective planning and control cycle, including budgeting, forecasting, and month-end close.
  • •Act as finance business partner and sparring partner to the Managing Director on strategic, operational, and investment topics.
  • •Translate financial and operational performance into clear insights, risks, and improvement opportunities.
  • •Represent Dycore to CRH and maintain relationships with relevant internal and external stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance or business.
  • •Minimum 8–10 years of relevant finance experience in a production/manufacturing environment.

  • •Demonstrated experience with budgeting, forecasting, monthly close and financial reporting.
  • •Ability to translate financial analysis into clear insights and concrete advice for the business.
