  • •Develop fluency in buyer personas and craft messaging that speaks to their challenges (CCOs, MLROs, BSA Officers, Heads of Risk) with measurable performance metrics.
  • •Write and commission long-form content (white papers, guides, blog posts) and position Hawk's perspective on regulatory and technology developments.
  • •Drive demand generation and SEO-led content, gated assets, web copy, video, ABM campaigns, and produce case studies with Customer Success.
  • •Manage freelancers, videographers, and agencies while maintaining brand voice; collaborate with designers and wider marketing to ensure editorial quality.
