Manager Payroll Systems Operations

Lead the delivery of payroll systems changes across business-as-usual work, production fixes, and enhancements. Oversee testing, quality assurance, implementation, and final review for payroll system updates, while resolving system-related issues during payroll execution. Manage core payroll systems activities (pay rules, wage types, tables, constants, structures, and allowances) and partner with payroll advisory, HR, IS&T, and Global Payroll stakeholders. Drive Agile ways of working and maintain service standards/SLAs.
