Full Time Supervisor

Lead day-to-day store operations as an integral part of the store management team—create a high-energy customer experience, coach associates on sales and service, and resolve elevated customer concerns. Support training for new hires and existing team members on culture, product knowledge, service practices, and loss prevention. Manage cash handling and merchandise operations, partner with management to hit sales goals, and supervise the store team when other leaders are absent.
