Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and maintain shipment data accuracy within SAP for timely, reliable tracking across the global transportation network.
  • •Act as a key point of contact for transportation systems, coordinating with carriers, customs, IT, and supply chain teams to resolve issues and drive improvements.
  • •Monitor carrier compliance with data updates and service level agreements, identifying opportunities to improve visibility and performance.
  • •Deliver regular inbound and carrier forecasts, analyzing variances and working with stakeholders to improve forecast accuracy.
  • •Develop, maintain, and enhance logistics reporting and dashboards, and support transportation projects and data governance initiatives to increase efficiency and automation.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in logistics, transportation, freight forwarding, or supply chain operations.
  • •Strong understanding of shipping processes, including import/export activities and transportation documentation.
  • •Confidence working with data and reporting tools, including advanced Excel; SAP experience is advantageous.
  • •Excellent analytical and numerical skills with strong attention to detail.
  • •Effective communication and collaboration skills across internal teams and external partners.
