Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the Training Centre Operations (TCO) team within the Defence & Security unit, providing operational and maintenance support to DND in Gagetown, NB.
  • •Manage and lead 12+ employees delivering In-Service Support (ISS) for the CH146 simulator and ensure contractual obligations are met.
  • •Deliver maintenance and customer support services within scope, budget, and schedule constraints while resolving complex operational issues.
  • •Implement Quality Management, Environmental Health & Safety, and Business Continuity programs at the site.
  • •Oversee site HR activities (recruitment, hiring, performance management, training) and develop technical training plans and OJT programs; track KPIs and report operational results.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in a leadership role managing multiple direct reports.
  • •Experience managing operations, logistics, technical, and training functions.
  • •Strong knowledge or familiarity with the Royal Canadian Air Force (RCAF) environment.
  • •Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • •Canadian citizenship required; eligibility to obtain and maintain Controlled Goods Clearance and Level II NATO Secret security clearance.
