Key Responsibilities

•Lead the Training Centre Operations (TCO) team within the Defence & Security unit, providing operational and maintenance support to DND in Gagetown, NB.
•Manage and lead 12+ employees delivering In-Service Support (ISS) for the CH146 simulator and ensure contractual obligations are met.
•Deliver maintenance and customer support services within scope, budget, and schedule constraints while resolving complex operational issues.
•Implement Quality Management, Environmental Health & Safety, and Business Continuity programs at the site.
•Oversee site HR activities (recruitment, hiring, performance management, training) and develop technical training plans and OJT programs; track KPIs and report operational results.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in a leadership role managing multiple direct reports.
•Experience managing operations, logistics, technical, and training functions.
•Strong knowledge or familiarity with the Royal Canadian Air Force (RCAF) environment.
•Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
•Canadian citizenship required; eligibility to obtain and maintain Controlled Goods Clearance and Level II NATO Secret security clearance.
