Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise the service contracts in the assigned zone through planning and periodic on-site visits.
  • •Coordinate with clients and internal teams to execute maintenance, logistics, and resource allocation.
  • •Control operating costs and ensure efficient use of personnel, spare parts, tools and assets.
  • •Lead and manage field teams, promoting adherence to safety, health and environmental standards.
  • •Monitor maintenance indicators, technical reports, monthly valuations and opportunities for improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics or Industrial Engineering and licensed to practice
  • •Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar roles managing contracts and maintenance of equipment
  • •Knowledge in maintenance planning, asset management, costs and KPIs
  • •Experience with mining equipment underground and/or surface, ideally Epiroc or similar
  • •Leadership, decision-making, organizational skills and ability to work under pressure
