Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver vehicles directly to customers’ doors using custom car haulers.
  • •Load/unload vehicles onto the hauler and inspect the car-hauler to ensure vehicles remain safe to drive.
  • •Complete customer paperwork and record thorough notes in the customer tracking system.
  • •Drive safely and maintain a clean driving record per Carvana’s CMV Driver Qualification policy.
  • •Work scheduled shifts (7am-5pm or 11am-9pm) and rotate days off between weekdays and weekends.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 2 years of customer-facing experience.
  • •Deliver vehicles to customers’ doors using custom car haulers and complete required training.
  • •Frequently load/unload vehicles and perform physically demanding tasks, including detailing and operating in indoor/outdoor conditions.
  • •Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English and sustain physical activity for extended periods (8+ hours).
  • •Must pass a drug test, obtain a DOT Medical Card, be at least 21, and have a valid driver’s license (plus obtain a Notary within 90 days).
