Key Responsibilities

  • •Complete a 14-week Technical Sales Graduate Training Program with intensive technical, business, sales engineering, and leadership training.
  • •After training, assume responsibilities of an Associate Account Manager specializing in Equipment, Services, or Controls.
  • •Sell HVAC equipment and building management controls to commercial, industrial, and institutional customers.
  • •Partner with engineers, architects, contractors, and owners/developers on design, application, and sale of equipment, controls, parts, and services.
  • •Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed targets, secure new design wins, and manage the sales channel.

Key Requirements

  • •Possess a bachelor’s degree (preferred fields listed) and be graduated prior to the Graduate Training Program start date.
  • •Be a U.S. citizen or have the legal right to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
  • •Have prior internship experience with Trane Technologies or be able to start in-office work 3 months prior to the GTP start date.
  • •Ability to temporarily relocate for the 14-week training program in La Crosse, WI.
  • •Have a valid driver’s license for at least 12 months and provide proof of insurance; no major or frequent traffic violations including DUI in the previous 3 years.
