Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist with collecting, compiling, and analyzing data for substation components, equipment specifications, and design review processes using relevant standards and regulations.
  • •Provide entry-level electrical engineering support for single line/three line diagrams, wiring diagrams, substation layouts, grounding grid design, and lightning protection.
  • •Support routine engineering tasks including equipment sizing, cabling, AC/DC panel design, and conduit/trenching design for safety and functionality.
  • •Verify site characteristics and assist with engineering, design, testing, maintenance, and construction procedures.
  • •Develop electrical calculations for loads, equipment sizing, feeder sizing, voltage drop, grounding, lighting circuits and controls under close supervision.
