Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, edit, and publish Synthesia videos using approved templates, avatars, and learning standards.
  • •Convert learning outlines, scripts, and process information into SAP Enable Now simulations, demonstrations, walkthroughs, and task-based activities.
  • •Collaborate with SMEs, Global Process Owner teams, regional teams, internal translation teams, and integration training partners to validate content and incorporate feedback.
  • •Design visual and accessible learning approaches for different operational audiences, including frontline environments.
  • •Support awareness campaigns and the learning lifecycle (pre-training, train-the-trainer, deployment learning, hypercare), and manage review cycles and source files to deliver quality assets on time.
