•Strategy Development: Capture client requirements to design and author bespoke IM strategies and workflows that align with industry best practices, including documentation for contracts and appointments.
•Implementation Leadership: Manage the rollout of IM methodologies across programs and projects, ensuring adoption by clients, design teams, and contractors.
•Technical Assurance: Conduct structured model reviews, clash detection, and data analysis to mitigate risks and ensure delivery against project requirements.
•Stakeholder Management: Facilitate workshops and interface with project partners to communicate strategies and act as an ambassador for digital services.
•Commercial & Business Support: Create bid proposals, write business cases, and contribute to internal documentation and quality processes.

Key Requirements

•Minimum of 3+ years in an IM Manager role with consultancy experience and project lifecycles.
•Deep knowledge of BS EN ISO 19650, IMI Framework, UK BIM Framework, and industry information management standards.
•Proficiency in 3D authoring tools such as Revit or ArchiCAD; experience with clash detection and model checking tools like Solibri and Navisworks.
•Strong data verification skills including COBie data requirements and data visualisation using Power BI or Tableau.
•Excellent stakeholder communication, leadership, and ability to work autonomously within diverse teams.
