Provide inbound telephone support and manage outbound pipeline ownership to efficiently move loans through underwriting. Resolve operational issues, ensure required stipulations are met, and collaborate with customers, bankers, vendors, and underwriters. Maintain required NMLS registration under SAFE Act and Regulation Z, including criminal background and credit checks.
