Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end delivery of high-impact, complex initiatives, owning technical execution from problem framing and scoping through implementation, launch, and iteration across client and backend.
  • •Drive technical direction across the stack, influencing architecture, state management, API design, and performance for high-traffic distributed workflows.
  • •Champion UX craft and product thinking by focusing on interaction details, accessibility, and polish and improving experiences with feedback and metrics.
  • •Partner deeply with Product and Design by collaborating early to shape requirements, surface risks and open questions, propose alternatives, and align on tradeoffs.
  • •Raise the bar for quality and maintainability through improvements in testing, observability, and engineering standards, reducing regressions and enabling faster iteration.
