Key Responsibilities

  • •Support preparation of financial statements following GAAP, SOX, and local statutory/tax compliance.
  • •Implement and monitor internal control procedures to reduce risk of errors, fraud, and misstatements, including participation in internal audits.
  • •Ensure compliance with applicable accounting regulations and reporting requirements, staying current on accounting standard changes.
  • •Support site finance leader actions, including closing and accounting activities.
  • •Analyze financial data for trends and insights, partner with operations and global support centers, and drive process improvements to accounting/reporting methods and automation tools.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • •Minimum 5 years of varied accounting/finance experience.
  • •Oracle experience.
  • •Strong analytical skills and knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.
  • •CPA designation (completed or in progress), or advanced Excel skills with Power BI and Tableau (preferred).
