Job Function: Program & Project Management (PMO)

Key Responsibilities

•Drive end-to-end delivery of engineering and growth initiatives, from planning through execution and release
•Own program tracking, including timelines, dependencies, risks, and progress against commitments
•Ensure alignment across cross-functional teams and manage dependencies and handoffs
•Identify and mitigate risks and blockers to maintain delivery timelines
•Communicate clear, concise status updates to project teams, partners, and leadership

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience or minimum of 7-12 years of program management experience preferably with products
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work with cross-geo and cross-functional teams
•Strong organizational skills, with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively
•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with passionate individuals
•Willingness to surface issues early for team to address them before they evolve into risks
