•Evaluate, negotiate, and close co-development and work-for-hire partnerships across cloud streaming and mobile games to expand Netflix Games’s footprint.
•Demonstrate fluency in complex legal and business issues within contracts and develop win-win solutions with partners.
•Analyze the co-development and work-for-hire competitive landscape and translate insights into actionable sourcing strategies and partnership plans.
•Partner with Production Operations and the Lead Outsourcing Manager to expand Netflix’s global network of studios through strategic external relationships.
•Identify and target co-development/work-for-hire opportunities based on game, genre, feature set, production goals, and business needs.

Pay and Benefits

•Solid understanding of game production process flows, with some experience shipping games (social, F2P, mobile, PC, console, handheld).
•Deep knowledge of co-development and work-for-hire industry trends, competitor dynamics, regional market conditions, and emerging business opportunities.
•Strong analytical and communication skills to turn market insights into clear recommendations and build strong relationships with internal and external partners.
