Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead development and maintenance of the Technical Accounting Policy Manual.
  • •Ensure team reconciliations are complete, accurate, and traceable to source data.
  • •Build and implement an internal controls framework for a pre-IPO fintech environment.
  • •Manage and develop direct reports, including oversight of high-risk accounting areas and day-to-day close operations.
