Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive P&L performance analytics and modelling to support the Group Business Performance Management (BPM) cycle, including variance analysis and performance diagnostics.
  • •Prepare and maintain Executive and Board performance materials, translating financial results and performance drivers into insight-driven narratives.
  • •Coordinate with Regional FP&A teams to consolidate inputs, validate key performance drivers, and align insights and narratives across Group performance reviews.
  • •Lead standardization and continuous improvement of BPM reporting and analytics by developing templates, models, and frameworks.
  • •Deliver targeted performance deep dives—including shipment, depletions, and stock-in-trade (SIT) analysis—and integrate outputs into broader performance insights.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree educated in a relevant finance, accounting, or business field.
  • •6+ years of experience in Finance, including FP&A / performance management experience.
  • •Very strong understanding of financial processes and systems.
  • •Excellent financial modelling skills in Excel, including complex spreadsheet models.
  • •Demonstrated stakeholder management experience, including the ability to influence and build relationships across business divisions and markets.
